Sur un parc de plus de 5000m2 bénéficiant d'une végétation généreuse, le pavillon fait face à la Garonne.
Etage principal (80m2):
L'entrée principale avec placard et escalier d'accès à l'étage.
Un grand salon-séjour avec cuisine américaine (50m2) très lumineux avec accès à la terrasse (7m2) et vue sur la Garonne.
Deux chambres (10m2 *2)
Une salle de douche
Un WC séparé.
Combles aménagés (50m2 mansardé)
Une grande chambre avec sa salle de bain privative (baignoire encastrée, lavabo, wc).
Cet espace peut aisément être divisé afin de créer 2 belles chambres et une salle de bain indépendante.

... enfin, juste en face du pavillon, sur le chemin de halage, votre ponton d'accostage... pour votre bateau ou comme lieu de pêche.
