Le pavillon est situé sur la RN10 à 1km de Cambes.
Cambes est un petit village de 1100 habitants faisant partie de la communauté de communes (Latresne-Quinsac-Cambes-Beaurech). Il se situe dans l'Entre-deux-mers à 15 km de Bordeaux, 40 km de St Emilion et 70 km d'Arcachon.

This old fishing house sits on the edges of the Garonne located at 20 minutes from Bordeaux, 45 minutes from St Emilion and Arcachon.
Situated in Cambes region, the property is 1 km from the town centre where you can find various shops, bakery, little grocery, and bars and restaurants.
The nearest supermarket is at about 5 km away, and a superstore is within 10km.
The main big town nearby is Bordeaux which is a 20 minutes drive away, or 15 minutes by boat! In Bordeaux, you can park your boat near the downtown area for those who enjoy a different style of travelling.
